Quick and Easy: Tropical Rice Pudding

Accidental recipe discovery

Ingredients:

1 cup leftover rice (we used sushi rice)
1 can unsweetened coconut milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 fresh ripe pineapple cut into rough chunks
1 fresh orange cut into chunks
Sprinkle of nutmeg

Directions:

Toss it all together and eat!
